Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Kentucky. I received my Masters from Lindsey Wilson College, and I have been practicing for 5 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety and self-care improve their daily lives.

Paul Acra is a licensed clinical social worker whose primary focus is working with adults and couples in the treatment of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, men's issues and relationship problems. He also has extensive experience working with adolescents. He received his master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky.

Kelly has a master's degree from the University of Louisville in Social Work with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has practiced for over a decade doing individual and family therapy with older teens, young adults and women throughout the life stages and is LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Ashley White, MS, EdS is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has been working in mental health for nearly 20 years and practicing since 2014. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Ashley believes in a treatment philosophy centered on empowerment through empathetic and open dialogue with her clients. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness-based techniques in her practice, but she is trained in a variety of counseling interventions to assist with each client's individual needs.

Jerrica K. Shannon is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky who has been practicing since 2019. She earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Human Services and Counseling and her Master's of Education in Human Development and Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College. Jerrica offers ACT and CBT in response to mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD and Trauma. She has a specialty in Substance Use Disorders. Jerrica has worked with clients from the ages of 3 to 60. Outside of work, Jerrica enjoys bowling, shopping, and spending quality time with friends and family.

I have been in practice since 1999, when I received my MSW from the University of Kentucky. My work has been with families and children in multiple settings, with particular focus on trauma informed care. I am comfortable with family interventions as well as working with individuals. I have always enjoyed working with children and knew that I wanted to work with children and their families in some capacity. This work has been in a variety of settings, in patient, in-home, and outpatient and in school. I have completed the training for Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and understand how trauma impacts an individual.
