I have a master's degree in counseling as well as an undergrad in secondary education and communication. I believe that research and faith come together in therapy. I apply the internationally respected Gottman Method to help couples heal. I also help women who experience anxiety, enabling behaviors, depression, divorce, and people-pleasing.
