Donna Dempsey MS APRN, with Insightful Care Psychiatry, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience treating adults at all levels of care. I graduated from Ohio State University with a Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing and started my career as Head Nurse of Adult Psychiatry at Cleveland Clinic. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and have worked in private practice gaining extensive experience in the treatment of a wide variety of mental health disorders, particularly anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
As my patient, you will have a full psychiatric evaluation. I will prescribe and manage any medication you may require and provide brief psychotherapy. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, panic disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomnia, attention deficit, and PTSD.
