It is common to face an issue that prevents one from living his or her best life. My goal is to help you identify and change early programming and to remove cognitive and emotional blocks. Such blocks cause one to be stagnant and prevent one from elevating to the next level. In addition to working with high net worth executives and entertainers, I enjoy serving clients struggling with anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, depression, and chronic medical conditions. I also provide coaching in separation and divorce.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, humorous, but straightforward. Not only will we address interpersonal connections, but will also address the negative thoughts keeping you stuck in your lifestyle patterns. We may visit the past, but we likely won't stay there; we will use the information to guide present and future behavior.
