Life certainly takes unexpected turns! How, then, do we live balanced, authentic lives in the midst of intense stress, loss, and change? My goal is to help you examine, heal, grow, and gain perspective. Like peeling back layers of an onion, therapy provides clients the opportunity to see that many life events are interconnected by family patterns, past trauma, grief and loss, boundary issues, and learned coping strategies, to name a few. Therapy also gives clients opportunities to strategically prepare for the future, explore personal values and spirituality, strengthen relationships, and clarify goals.

As a warm, heart-centered, holistic therapist, I am deeply interested in accompanying my clients in their journey to health, happiness, and wholeness. In facilitating a safe healing space for adults, we gently explore what emerges in the present moment, letting the session organically unfold. I am welcoming clients who want to step into an authentic, more peaceful, more empowered and expansive place within themselves. I work with those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship turmoil, spiritual or existential issues, grief, life transitions, women's issues, co-dependency, abuse, trauma, or those simply wanting to find deeper contentment in their lives.

I am an Anxiety, OCD and Trauma specialist. When clients come to work with me they are often struggling with fear of the unknown, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, behavioral and mental compulsions, negative intrusive thoughts and other such patterns that are taking them deeper into the fear spiral. In therapy, I support my clients in developing a kinder relationship with themselves while becoming more conscious of the negative coping patterns that are holding them in cycles of pain. We work on shifting this while also developing the positive coping skills needed to move towards a healthier, freer and more joyful life.

My passion is facilitating growth and healing using your intersecting identities, both visible and invisible, as strengths. In addition to working with addictions and recovery, I am skilled in the areas of sexuality and relationship counseling including various expressions of consensual nonmonogamy, and BDSM/Kink. I am sex-positive & sex-work-positive. I have extensive experience with anxiety management, aging, career counseling, creativity coaching, mood disorders, divorce recovery, incarceration and reentry, and supporting those who practice alternative spiritualities.

I am currently accepting clients via phone or secure video calls. I do not take insurance at this time. With help, you will be well. Asking for help can be a vulnerable and scary experience but together we will co-create meaning to make sense of your story. I will walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and learn. I specialize in maternal mental health through the journey of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum care for moms and dads. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, career counseling, and premarital/marital counseling, and family counseling.

Grief and loss can be scary, painful and confusing. You are not alone. If you have experienced a death of a loved one, loss of a meaningful relationship, or loss of identity and self and feel as if you can not move on, there is hope. My personal and professional experience with death, grief and loss has led me to the sacred space in which I can now support others. You CAN feel hopeful and joyful again through counseling, Breathwork and/or Grief Recovery®.

I have a tremendous amount of success with dealing with clients, that have anxiety (diagnosed, diagnosed). The therapies that is used in our sessions are quite different than most mainstream psychologist. The goal is to help you become well overall and without dependence on medication. Coping strategies will be identified and you will leave sessions with a new awareness of issues that are problematic for you. We will engage in Client-Centered therapy; in such, I will personally help you navigate to help arrive to the best possible outcome for you. Consider me as your personal navigator!
