I work by listening, hearing and helping my client gain a deeper understanding of obstacles, which are causing repeating patterns of negative behavior,and how to overcome struggles. With couples and families, I use a systems therapy approach with cognitve life skills as needed. When possible, I prefer brief Life treatment sessions for families, couples and individuals. I utilize Reality based advisement for individuals.. Phone sessions and E-sessions are available for busy people.
