At times everyone struggles and feels overwhelmed by challenging events (past or present), confusing feelings, and painful thoughts. Life can be difficult for us all, but does it seem tougher on you at times? Maybe there actually IS something making life more challenging. Do you sometimes have feelings of guilt, shame, hopelessness, or panic, but can't identify the causes of these? In addition to my work with individuals who are facing distress from depression & anxiety, I have specific training & experience helping couples & partners dealing with relational distress resulting from problematic sexual behaviors, including facilitating therapeutic disclosures and leading betrayal trauma groups. I also work with older adolescents & adults suffering with body image issues & disordered eating. Parent coaching is another area of expertise.

You feel yourself holding your breath every day waiting and hoping things will improve with time. My name is Adrienne L. Marshall, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also a Certified Life Coach. My approach to therapy is person-centered. My focus areas of practice are couples/marriage counseling, trauma therapy, and therapy for both men's and women's issues. Pam Flatow was born and raised in New York. She graduated Cum Laude from Boston University with a BA and received her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College. She has worked in medical and psychiatric settings, inpatient and outpatient, and was Director of Social Services at a psychiatric hospital in Florida. Pam has many years of experience in her private practice, working with both adolescents and adults utilizing an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities. She is warm and caring and this comes across to her clients. She is the mother of three grown children and had a long term marriage until her husband passed away in 2015.

Crystal Favre, LPC has helped hundreds of children, adolescents, adults and families recover, grow and take control of their lives. Sometimes all people need is the first step of recovering and finding balance. Others have goals they're struggling to reach because of obstacles in their way. In each case, Crystal takes a compassionate, patient approach to help each individual/family work out the steps they need to progress toward their goals regardless of the situation.

My experience is extensive in the areas of mood, emotional regulation, trauma, ADHD/ASD/, executive functioning, addictions, co-dependency, and adolescent challenges.
