I’ve always been passionate about children in care and helping others, and practiced psychotherapy in England before coming to the US. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy, with specializations in behavior analysis, person-centered and humanistic approaches. I also work with children who are diagnosed with autism and am a Registered Behavioral Technician.

I specialize working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma that may manifest as people-pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, or poor boundaries.
