I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, serving North Carolina since 2003. I provide marriage, premarital, individual counseling for adults. I see people with a variety of therapeutic concerns including, but not limited to, trauma, depression, anxiety, & non-supportive spouse.

In my 10+ years of experience Behavioral Health in I have come to believe that, in life, we should never accept being secondary characters in our own story. Counseling can be a powerful means of reasserting oneself as the protagonist of one's own narrative. Since 1970 I have walked with many persons, couples and families who need supportive, fresh ears and eyes, a compassionate heart, wise experience and holistic perspective regarding life's challenges, transitions, burdens, growth points and life choices.
