In my practice of counseling I am often eclectic, pulling together many theories to craft a personalized set of treatment methods for each person that I have the pleasure of working with.
I believe that people are resilient and that we all have the capacity to change our lives for the better if we are given opportunities to succeed. Many of us will suffer moments of defeat, moments of heartache, cultural moments of significance, and situations of joy that beg to be shared. As a therapist, I facilitate the success of others by creating a space for hope, empowerment, passion, and sorrows. I desire to help others to become their best selves.

I have a special interest working with individuals who are going through a Quarter-Life Crisis, as well as first-therapy goers. Feeling stuck? Have you exhaustively explored every self-help book out there, only to find yourself struggling to put into practice all that you've learned? Do you want things to get better but are unsure where/how to start? You're not alone-I'm here to help. I understand how excruciating and frustrating it can be to repeat the same painful patterns and feel like nothing will get better. We will explore ways to start moving past the pain and towards a happier and healthier life

Eclectic Therapists
Many practitioners take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing upon various aspects of cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods to create their own custom-made approach. Such therapists often work with their clients to create a treatment plan that encompasses different techniques to best address the client's particular problems and to appeal to their sensibility.
