Louis E. Woolard, Jr. , Ph.D., LCSW-C is a licensed clinical social worker who earned his degree at Marywood University. His special interests include child, adolescent, adult, and family psychotherapy, and program development. He has extensive experience in providing mental health services to children and their families. Louis Woolard previously was Director of the Child and Youth Services Administration for the Commission on Mental Health Services for the District of Columbia, Director of a community mental health center, and Director of Residential Programs and Community Services for the New York State Office of Mental Health.

Life is all about transitions. Perhaps one of the most challenging to navigate is the transition from childhood to adulthood. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I get it and I am here to help. I have completed years of training including a doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. I am the owner of Spark Change Wellness Center where I serve preteens, adolescents, young adults and their families. Needs that I most often treat include depression, anxiety, ADHD, parental stress, and adjustment problems.

I have provided counseling & therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including schools, group homes, residential treatment facilities, in-office, in-home and virtually. My treatment specialties and interests include mental health for women & girls, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting support, pre & postnatal support, grief, trauma, adjustment, stress management, divorce/separation, and support for military families.

I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring treatment to meet the specific needs of each client while incorporating approaches supported by research.

Healing and making the most out of each day is what this journey is all about.  For many people, this is done best with the help and support of others. My passion is to be present with those who are feeling like they could benefit from talking with  someone who is compassionate, consistent, and knowledgeable.

Our Vision: Pascal Crisis Services, Inc. aspires to be a premier provider of crisis stabilization services and outpatient behavioral health services in the state of Maryland. Pascal develops and implements specialized treatment to meet the needs of various client profiles and provides these services in such a manner that social, economic, and/or demographic factors do not limit an individual's access to appropriate services. Pascal utilizes a continuum of care so that there is no "wrong door" for any individual seeking assistance.

Carla Corsey, Psy. D. is a Licensed Psychologist who completed her graduate training in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University. Dr. Corsey also holds a Master's degree in Education from Bowie State University. Dr. Corsey completed her Pre-Doctoral internship at the Fifth Avenue Center for Counseling & Psychotherapy in New York, and her Post-Doctoral training at the Regional Institute for Children & Adolescents in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Corsey has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including at Baltimore Lab School in Baltimore, MD and Washington Behavioral Medicine Associates, LLC.

Ebony Wright is a Psychologist in Maryland who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Psy. D. from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology DC Campus, an M. A. in Clinical Psychology from The American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University Northern Virginia and a B.S. in Psychology from Oakwood University. Ebony believes that taking the step to initiate therapeutic services is one to be applauded. Her services are deeply rooted in rapport building, empathy, and emphasis on the importance of collaboration between the client and herself.

Katherine E. Smith, Psy.D. has earned her doctorate in clinical psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, in Arlington, VA, and her Masters in Psychology at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. Dr. Smith completed her Pre-Doctoral Internship at Associated Clinical Services, a private practice in Springfield VA.

Ciara Fagins is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland who has been practicing since 2021. Ciara brings a unique and powerful approach to helping clients transform their lives. She has a very compassionate and empathetic nature, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their challenges and experiences. Ciara is motivated by a genuine desire to help others. She goes above and beyond to understand each client’s unique needs and goals.

Sydnie Spearman, LCPC Sydnie Spearman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland who started practicing in 2016. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Tiffany Urby is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland who has been practicing since 2020. Tiffany utilizes multiple treatment approaches to meet you where you are and best aid you in working towards your treatment goals. Creating a safe space for clients that includes establishing a judgment free zone that promotes comfortability to explore, express, and process personal and interpersonal needs is a priority experience that deserves to be utilized in taking steps in your mental health journey to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

Michele is an individual and family therapist licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She has more than 20 years of experience working as a clinical social worker with adults, teens and families with children on issues of family conflict, trauma history, school performance problems and adoption related issues. She has helped individuals, children and adolescents with emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, attachment issues, grief loss, and trauma.

Mommie's Bright Sunshine is my first book, I have over 30 years of professional clinical experience working with those managing conflict and trauma. A native Washingtonian, I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and my master's degree in social work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. I spent the bulk of my career, in D. C.

Doveal Goins, Psy. D. , is a licensed clinical forensic psychologist who earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, and Master of Arts in Education from National University. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Forensic Psychology and her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego, California.

Andrea Griffin, PhD Andrea Griffin is a Psychologist in Maryland who has been practicing since 2006. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master of Science in Education Degree in Early Childhood Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Counseling Psychology. Andrea specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and aims to help facilitate a person's deeper understanding of the origin of his or her presenting problem(s).
