I'm Dinelle Polchinski and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ. I am trained in individual, couples, and structural family therapy. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, severe and persistent mental illness, grief and trauma focused therapy. While my style can be described as eclectic, my sessions with individuals are primarily person-centered, interpersonal and supportive. I incorporate techniques from Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and self-compassion. I am trained in grief support, trauma therapy and I'm a certified ADHD professional.

Shmuel Brachfeld attained his PsyD in clinical psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. He has extended experience in treating addictions of all kind, as well as the underlying traumas that lead to, and develop from addictive behaviors. He is also trained in treating concerned family members, helping them find hope, and create a new positive environment for themselves and their loved one.

I understand that individuals facing addiction often carry a heavy emotional burden and require a supportive and non-judgmental environment to navigate the complexities of their journey. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Footprints began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.
