We'll use evidenced-based therapeutic techniques to identify thoughts & feelings influencing behaviors, combined with energy & nutritional therapies to explore the gut-brain connection.
I also offer the Acudetox protocol; an acupuncture technique utilizing designated points in the ear for anxiety, pain, depression, digestion, cravings & insomnia.
