I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and an AANP-certified family nurse practitioner. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Nursing from the University of Miami, my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL, and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Masters Certificate from Florida State University.

Dr. Jessica Gorgo is a board-certified, licensed New York City & North Jersey psychiatrist in the dynamic group private practice, London Terrace Psychiatry, in Manhattan. She has over 10 years of experience in both medication management & talk therapy treating all adult psychiatric issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, sleep problems, eating disorders, work stress, life transitions & relationship issues.

TMR is a comprehensive private practice. We offer psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to people of all ages. We offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am an ANCC board-certified PMHNP. I received my MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health from Virginia Commonwealth University. I worked as an RN on a trauma step-down unit, helping patients who had endured bodily trauma and patients withdrawing from substances. The clinical experience I received during my training was largely with inpatient mood disorder and forensic psychiatric populations with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. When I began to work as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, that experience influenced my decision to focus on mental health.

Clients who are committed to becoming well and functioning at a level that expresses their ideal self are the clients that I most seek because my goal is to help clients achieve their best. The issues are always varied but their goals are aligned with a desire to achieve the best that they can be. I am not just about symptom relief as most medication prescribers are. I practice at Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC where clients can access a full range of services for mind-body health, such as, nutrition counseling to help overcome mood and sleep issues as an example or Yoga Therapy and mindfulness.

Dr. Yissell Delvalle is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Board Certified Addiction Medicine Doctor, who graduated from UMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School in Newark. She particularly treats patients with addiction, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, psychosis and women with post-partum depression.

I was drawn to the psychiatric nurse practitioner role because I have an innate desire to treat and support individuals combating various mental health conditions. I diagnose, manage and treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADD/ADHD, mild substance use disorders, and others.

I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University and my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Elizabeth University.

I started my nursing career in 2006 and have over 16 years of diverse nursing experience. I earn my patients’ trust by delivering quality and passionate care. The importance of helping a person heal, not only physically but emotionally, presented itself, and I moved on to pursue my graduate degree at Walden University to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
