I am an ANCC board-certified and licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am experienced, caring, and empathetic. I earned my Master of Science in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from New York University, where I focused on psychopharmacology and multiple psychotherapy treatment modalities. I also earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University and my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Elizabeth University.
Before joining Rivia Mind, I worked at RWJBH-Somerset Hospital and worked with patients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, addiction, and eating disorders. I have also worked with the LGBTQ+ population at the hospital’s Babs Siperstein PROUD Center. I have over 14 years of experience working with those struggling with mental health issues.
I am committed to delivering care with a supportive, non-judgmental, empathetic approach. I ensure you are listened to and feel comfortable, and I want you to leave feeling that all of your questions have been answered. I work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that combines psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
