Heather D. Sanders is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her Master's Degree from Springfield College in Community Counseling. She has been providing therapeutic services since 2013. Heather works with children starting at 8 years old, adults and families. She has experience with patients seeking to address issues with depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, parenting issues, stress management and social skills training. Her approach is encouraging, non-judgmental and respectful.

Dr. Dorothy Kozakowski is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Kozakowski is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience. Dr. Kozakowski's career has taken her on a journey through the healthcare system.

Christine Foster is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who has been practicing since 2001. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University for PMHNP and UIC for FNP. Christine's experience is wide and varied, with expertise in child/adolescent psychiatry, ages 5 years and older, adult psychiatry, and substance use disorders. She offers compassionate care and integrity in her professional relationships with children/families and adults, which include pregnant women and those over age 65. Christine is also registered with the Clozapine REMS program.

Kelly Theodore is a dual certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner who has been practicing in Wisconsin since 2015. She works with adults ages 18-65+ for psychiatric assessments and medication management. Kelly is passionate about working with people to reach their full potential by helping them reconnect to their mental and physical health. Her care philosophy integrates mental and physical health for a highly individualized treatment in an all-inclusive, non-judgmental and empathetic space.

Laura Heidelmeier is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Marquette University and her Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing from Alverno College. Laura works with children and adolescents specializing in care for Eating Disorder, Depression, ADHD, OCD, and Anxiety, as well as adults for Eating Disorders. She helps her clients by listening to their needs in order to provide individualized care.

The education and experiences of 25+ years, have given me the skills of evaluating and treating a multitude of life situations. I treat clients who are adults, couples, teens, and children. Problems may include marriages that are off track, have communication problems, lack intimacy, affairs; individuals stress in life resulting from divorce, work, family, loss; teens and children with trauma, loss, family changes, difficulties with peers, trouble focusing on school work, change in grades, increasing irritability; families concerned about a family member, having communication struggles, divorce recovery and/or other family trauma.

Sara Feist is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She completed graduate school at the University of North Dakota earing her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Sara spent nearly 15 years as a Registered Nurse caring for children and adults in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric unit and outpatient psychiatric programs.
