Accepting New Patients! I consider myself lucky to work in health care at a time when mental health diagnoses are becoming more accepted and better understood in our culture. I firmly believe that optimal health cannot be attained without giving adequate attention to mental health. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my goal is to advocate for patients and direct their care with understanding and compassion. My hope is that the care I provide will ease my patients’ struggles and empower them to live to the fullest degree.

Heather D. Sanders is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her Master's Degree from Springfield College in Community Counseling. She has been providing therapeutic services since 2013. Heather works with children starting at 8 years old, adults and families. She has experience with patients seeking to address issues with depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, parenting issues, stress management and social skills training. Her approach is encouraging, non-judgmental and respectful.

The education and experiences of 25+ years, have given me the skills of evaluating and treating a multitude of life situations. I treat clients who are adults, couples, teens, and children. Problems may include marriages that are off track, have communication problems, lack intimacy, affairs; individuals stress in life resulting from divorce, work, family, loss; teens and children with trauma, loss, family changes, difficulties with peers, trouble focusing on school work, change in grades, increasing irritability; families concerned about a family member, having communication struggles, divorce recovery and/or other family trauma.

Larresha Williams, APNP, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Shared Emotions LLC. She offers virtual medication management and support through a holistic approach. She addresses mental health illnesses such as anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, mood disorders, and sleep disturbances, with a special interest in women's health and life transitions.
