Candis interests include general psychiatry, addiction medicine, behavioral health education for clients and families and is passionate about reducing stigma associated with behavioral health treatment by education and collaboration with other professionals. In her spare time, Candis enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her children and husband. Samuel Mugo, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, is a well experienced board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience, Samuel has obtained skills from various areas, including Forensic units, Gero psych units, inpatient psychiatric units, drug and alcohol treatment center, critical care, Nursing home, assisted living facilities, group homes and adult family home facilities. Samuel Specializes in the treatment of both Chronic and Acute mental illness in both children and adults from diverse cultures, He utilizes skills such as medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy.

She specializes in Postpartum Depression and Anxiety and incorporates Wellness Care Planning as part of the treatment plan to support whole person care. Wellness Care Planning focuses on short term goals and is centered on sleep, nutrition, lactation/infant feeding and partner transitions. BreAnne does not treat ADHD at this time.
