It can be difficult to get an ADHD evaluation, but I'm here to help. As a board certified ARNP with a resolution to provide the most effective method for treatment I'm open to understanding each individual's personal history, his or her life experiences, and each patient's particular concerns about medications. Within a collaborative relationship, I approach all of this with patience, warmth, and understanding. I take a collaborative approach with my patients. I like to know what my patients’ goals are so I can tailor the treatment to help them achieve their goals as much as possible. Knowing what’s important to my patients helps me know what treatments to recommend or when to suggest a change to the treatment. I find that patients experience the most success if they are open to talking about their treatment options.

Adrian Davis is a national board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. She has a strong belief in holistic care utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including psychotropic medications, TMS therapy, and evidence-based alternative treatments such as nutritional supplementation as well as lifestyle/diet modifications.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I received a Master of Science in Nursing-PMHNP at University of Texas at Arlington where I trained in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I am an U.S. Army veteran nurse who is dedicated, compassionate, energetic, and trained to work in high stress environment, providing high quality service in healthcare settings. I decided to be a PMHNP after I witnessed many veterans with mental disorders and realized mental illness can be just as impairing in someone's life as physical illness.

I heavily lean on mindfulness, spirituality, mind-body connection, creativity, and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psycho-education, humanistic approach, and solution-focused therapy. Additionally, I use medication management to help my patients. In deciding the best medications, I utilize psychotropic pharmocogenomic testing, a genetic test that shows how your genes may affect medication outcomes.
