She practices as a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in FL, TX, NY and NJ. Dr. Sim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing. She further received a Medical Degree and PhD in Public Health from University of Science, Arts and Technology, Montserrat (Florida campus).
