ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS--Come see our newly renovated offices conveniently located across from Wright State University. Our therapists are physicians who have graduated medical school and are completing the final years of their psychiatric training. We treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship problems in children, adolescents, and adults. We are unable to accept referrals or any form of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid and CareSource. Medication management cannot be the sole reason for a visit. We regret the inconvenience.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner fully licensed in Ohio. I have experience working with adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations in high-acuity inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, I have experience assessing, diagnosing, educating, and treating mental health patients ages 5-99.

Sylvie is a compassionate provider who focuses on a holistic, individualized approach to health by devoting time to your care. She is dual-certified and offers dual diagnoses of addiction and underlying mental health issues. Sylvie's goal is to build healthy communities and reduce the stigma associated with addiction, psychiatry, and weight. She offers flexible hours early in the morning, evenings, or weekends, no waiting time, telehealth, and in-person visits. No insurance is required, copay, or surprise billing.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Dr. Dlugosz has over a decade of experience with the treatment of eating disorders and their psychiatric co-morbidities in adolescents and adults. Dr. Dlugosz has vast experience in a variety of treatment settings, in multiple levels of care, including tele-health.  She values partnering with patients and their supports in building an inclusive, compassionate and collaborative relationship throughout the assessment and treatment process as patients build a values-driven life outside of their eating disorder.

Dr. Lopez-Larson is a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist and received her MD from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She performed her adult and child psychiatry training at Harvard Medical School training sites including Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital and Cambridge Hospital, respectively. She has been practicing for over 15 years in a variety of settings including academic research, inpatient, residential and outpatient psychiatric services.

Prior to becoming a nurse, she worked as psychosocial specialist helping patients who have mental health challenges navigate the healthcare system and community resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Idaho State University. For the last 11 years she has practiced as an intermediate ICU nurse in a variety specialties.

This practice does not offer neuropsychological testing or ADHD diagnostic assessments for adults who haven't had this diagnosis established prior to age 12.
