I have over ten years’ experience in helping people with mental health conditions, I treat individuals from ages 6 years and above. I am trained and qualified to diagnose and treat various psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. I believe in an integrated approach to care for individuals with mental health. The types of treatments promoted include holistic healing, psychosocial interventions, and medication management.

Greetings, my name is James Tutu Fiske, a doctoral nurse practitioner with three years of experience in acute psychiatric crisis management, and outpatient treatment of substance abuse and comorbid psychiatric conditions. I am calm and empathetic. All my patients are aware that my work is more than just a job, which is why I also focus on teaching about what I diagnose and what I will propose to treat. Patients will have the final decision to choose from viable options presented to them. I make referrals when they are needed and discussed with the patient.

In my practice, we are currently accepting NEW patients for medication management, therapy, chemical dependency treatment including suboxone. We also provide esketamine/spravato. My interests are varied and include a wide spectrum of disorders, such as major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, substance use, ADHD and PTSD. I explore the biological, psychological and social components of mental illness and utilize tools and interventions to evaluate and treat my patients, including diagnostic laboratory tests, prescribed medications and coping strategies. We accept most insurances and private pay.

Understanding the cultural, religious, psychological, and social characteristics of a patient and their family dynamic is of utmost importance when providing mental health care. I am accepting new patients ages 10+ for Medication management and Psychotherapy. Areas of focus include, but is not limited to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Psychosis and Adjustment Disorders.
