Dr. Countryman is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist with 22 years of experience working with children and their families. She completed her undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University and her medical degree at Albany Medical College. She completed residency in general psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Wright State University/Wright Patterson AFB. She was in the United States Air Force for 9 years providing care for military members and their children. She has been providing care in the Dayton Ohio area since that time.

Dr. Joseph Fondriest completed his psychiatry residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General / Summa Health where he served as chief resident and psychiatry representative for resident staff council. He received his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, and his bachelor's degree and computer science minor from Miami University. He specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, and personality disorders. He places a heavy emphasis on listening closely to patients. He utilizes a team-based approach to mental healthcare, working alongside patients and their therapists.

My goal is to provide the best mental health care possible. I accomplish this by being thorough and accurate in assessment, and diagnosis while providing an exceptional level of empathy and compassion. Accepting all major insurances. For self pay clients my fees for an evaluation is $300.00; for a medication/follow up appointment the fee is $125. For clinical hypnosis it is a self pay fee of $250 for 3 sessions. Clients are permitted to record the final session

She received her master's degree in nursing from Walden University and has been working in outpatient settings providing care to adolescents and adults. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Current MAT certification for Suboxone and Methadone use. Dr. Cash has more than two decades treating children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. She has extensive experience treating the full spectrum of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and psychotic conditions.

She received her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in nursing at Wright State University. Prior to receiving her PMHNP, she has over 18 years of experience as a nurse working in addiction in pregnancy, inpatient behavioral health, and labor and delivery. While working as a nurse in addiction, she felt the need to further her education about mental health disorders in order to make an impact within this community.
