I am committed to always providing client education, client-centered care, supportive therapy, evidence-based techniques, and evidence-based treatment interventions in my practice. Naturally, I have always been engaged in coaching others through life and inspiring them towards their goals. I am committed to help others work towards small, reasonable, and realistic goals to achieve their long term goals. Treating the whole person is essential in my practice. Incorporation of all of these areas is necessary to promote healing in individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.

I strive to provide a place of comfort and safety, free of judgment or demands. I see myself as part of your treatment team. I provide education, options, and support. I will help you set goals and we work together to achieve these. I have successfully helped clients achieve remission of their depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and psychosis. She has strong expertise and experience in diagnosing and treating a wide array of medical, addiction, and mental health conditions for patients of all ages, within both inpatient and outpatient settings.

I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 6 years of nursing experience in the outpatient mental health setting and one year of nursing experience in the substance abuse setting. I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health service to adolescents and adults. My ultimate goal is for my patient’s to feel empowered to treat their mental illness and reduce mental health and addiction stigma through a supportive and safe environment.

I am passionate about making sure my clients feel safe and heard. I want you to leave your appointment knowing that you have someone on your side. Jessica Meeks is a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has also been trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention. She received her master's degree from Northern Kentucky University and received her undergrad from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. With over 15 years of inpatient critical care experience, Jessica was interested in how mental health can facilitate overall wellness which led to her pursuit of providing outpatient mental health care.

We will work together to find the best options for your situation and look into ways to improve your mental well-being in the long run. We will focus on what will work best for you. We will get to the root of the cause of what is going on while also helping prevent future issues. We provide medication management, stress relief/mindfulness practices, nutrition, and movement options.

Mary is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with specialization in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, severe mental illnesses and care of children and adolescents with mental health concerns.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them to navigate challenges that hinder the experience of the beauty and joy of life. I look to build healthy and trustworthy relationships with clients in order to tackle some of life's most difficult issues. In a confidential and safe environment, I address areas of addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, marital/premarital counseling, etc. I am able to address minor and major problems that are impeding you from experiencing your full potential.

Jasmine Shafto is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She is certified in behavioral health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the states of Kentucky and Ohio. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She has provided psychiatric nursing services for more than 15 years in inpatient, outpatient, and community behavioral healthcare settings. Her scope of practice includes individuals 13 years of age and older.

Lajeans will educate and provide awareness to the community to improve mental health outcomes crossing all age groups. Lajeans will work to provide a safe, comfortable, nonjudgmental environment that will enhance mental health treatment needed by many. Historically, mental illness was not addressed as people were afraid or ashamed of the stigma surrounding mental illness. Lajeans will provide treatment in a HIPPA compliant environment.
