I will help you set goals and we work together to achieve these. I have successfully helped clients achieve remission of their depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and psychosis. You will be treated as an individual and will be given the respect and consideration you deserve.
I provide a relaxing, calm environment to allow clients room to express their feelings, emotions, and concerns. There is never any judgment or forced care. I listen and provide options and education, then allow clients to choose what they feel is best for them. Sometimes this may be medication management, therapy, or a combination of both.
I understand mental illness on a personal level, this often helps me make connections with my clients. I understand the symptoms and the challenges this can cause with daily functioning.
