Welcome to Worthington Mental Health Services, our providers are well-versed in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various mental health disorders. We combine evidence-based treatment and specific modalities to create the best care plan for each client. We offer telehealth and in person visits for patients in Ohio and West Virginia. We focus on a holistic approach, incorporating the use of medication with psychotherapy and lifestyle modifications to provide personalized care to clients across the life span. I helped patients overcome ADHD, depression, stress, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, weight loss and more. I also treat patients with mold illness and CIRS condition.

My name is Anne Pugliese. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have have been working in the mental health field for 13 yrs with the last 7 yrs as a NP in community mental health, private practice, inpatient and child psychiatry. I am licensed to treat patients in NY, NJ, and OH. Currently, I am taking insurance for the state of NY and OH. I take self-pay for patients in all three states. I treat a variety of mental disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, ADHD, PTSD, and many others.

I believe that each person maintains an inherent capacity to heal and grow. The challenges we face in our day-to-day survival make it easy to defer our personal needs in favor of crisis management. Depending on our personal history, this can lead us to become weary, angry, and detached – a combination that breeds the shame and loneliness that so often contribute to our suffering. Now accepting new clients wanting to be seen virtually. I recognize that physical, emotional, and social health have a direct connection to a clients overall well-being and that assisting in identifying imposing factors is fundamental in practice. My intention is to help in overcoming those barriers to allow clients to achieve their personal goals and optimal health. I am able to see clients ages 5 years and older, and I enjoy working with other members of your healthcare team.

Talking to a stranger about your problems is very difficult and one of the most vulnerable things you can do. There is a lot of stigma surrounding getting help for mental health despite the cultural shift in our society to seek out professional assistance. I understand both all too well and don't take it lightly when someone reaches out to schedule with me. It is a very delicate time and I do my best to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are addressed.
