She earned an associate degree in nursing from Kettering College of Medical Arts, a Bachelor of Nursing and master's degree in science with a Psychiatric Mental Health specialization from Wright State University. She has professional affiliations with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Psychological Association, International Society of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurses and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses.

Donna Moeller is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Ohio who has been practicing since 2021. Donna has extensive experience with mental health over three decades, besides her own personal journey through family addiction, grief of losing a 19-year-old son, depression, SAD, and ADD. She is involved in a 12-step program and celebrates recovery. In her spare time, Donna enjoys volunteer work with the homeless, sponsoring women in a 12-step program, loving on her 4 grandchildren, gardening, traveling on mission trips, and relaxing.

She is a graduate of Wright State University where she earned her master's degree in Science with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Concentration in 2021. Lejeana has over 15 years of psychiatric experience in areas such as geriatric psychiatry, neurology, adult inpatient acute psychiatry, psychiatric intensive care, community mental health, and addiction.

Angela Ohene is a dual certified nurse practitioner specializing in mental health and family practice. I see patient via Telehealth and in person for medication management. I have been a nurse for almost 6y years and a nurse practitioner for 2 years. Our practice is always accepting new patients!

Dr. Singh has multiple years of practice experience and specializes in child psychiatry, adolescent psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry. Dr. Singh is board certified and treats a wide range of mental health disorders.
