Hello, I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I treat adults struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD to name of few. My goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals struggling with managing their life. My philosophy is that good mental health is key to the over all well-being of an individual.
I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2003. I have experience with cardiology, pain management, addiction medicine. I have been managing patients with mental illness since 2019 and am passionate about working with this patient population.
I have treated many patients over the years that struggle with persistent symptoms. Most were only seeing their PCP, who often don't have time to really listen to what patients are struggling with in their personal life. It is my goal to develop a therapeutic/empathetic relationship with patients by providing them with effective med treatment and counseling
