Over the past 14 years, I’ve learned that many people could benefit by seeing a mental health specialist but don’t necessarily want or need to engage in a long-term commitment. I am a psychiatrist who is trained in psychodynamic therapy and tend to be Jungian in orientation. I prefer a combination of medication management and psychotherapy. My hope is that individuals will have symptom relief and develop an improved understanding of themselves. I will provide an initial evaluation and review historical information. I will also request other testing when clinically indicated.
