She focuses primarily on medication management to alleviate symptoms while partnering with patients on behavioral changes to address underlying issues. If additional therapy is needed, she may suggest adding a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. Telonis is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist who had been in practice for four years. Dr. Ellis is a staff psychiatrist for Talkiatry. He has been practicing for more than 28 years. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition, Dr. Ellis is certified by the American Board of Adolescent Psychiatry and is a member of the American Society for Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Ellis provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. He offers follow-up medication management and incorporates supportive therapy and CBT in subsequent 30-minute visits. When indicated, Dr. Ellis encourages family involvement in the treatment process.

She completed her General Psychiatry residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY. Dr. Weinberg’s approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic, emphasizing the importance of a healthy diet, sleep, exercise, and other pleasurable activities to heal the body and mind.

Dr. Lorangelly Rivera is board-certified in Adult psychiatry and has been practicing for over 5 years. She focuses on medication management and brief psychotherapy utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and supportive therapy in 30 minute appointments. When appropriate Dr. Rivera may recommend additional psychotherapy with a psychologist as part of the treatment plan. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and is passionate about working with the Latinx population.

Dr. Wynne completed her medical degree at Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, her psychiatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and her consultation/liaison psychiatric fellowship at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Queens, NY. Following a move to New Zealand, she worked as lead psychiatrist for Te Puna Waiora, Maori Mental Health team at Counties Manakau District Health Board.

Most recently, he recently completed his psychiatric residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.
