I’ve assisted pre-teens and teenagers through their transition into adulthood. My youngest patient was one hour old, my eldest was 102 years old. I have traveled the country and have met, cared for, and treated people of different backgrounds, cultures, socioeconomic status, race, sexual orientation, and gender. Dr. Rybakov is a compassionate and insightful psychiatrist, treating adults, adolescents and children with a variety of issues including attention deficit disorders (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders and post traumatic stress disorders and stress related problems. Dr. Rybakov also provides tele-psychiatry follow up visits for busy adults and students. Dr. Rybakov splits his time between private practice, teaching and being a director of a community mental health center. Dr. Rybakov is not affiliated with any insurance plans. Documentation will be provided that can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement.

I am a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, treating the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions with care for each individual and their needs. I specialize in the treatment of ADHD across the lifespan, with particular attention to the intersection of ADHD and substance use and the unique problems faced by college students and young adults. Prior to medical training, I studied Art History at Rice University and Art Education at Columbia Teacher’s College. I attended Drexel University College of Medicine and completed residency and fellowship training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
