Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I aim to provide the highest quality care to my patients. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my expertise in psychopharmacology is best utilized by taking the whole person into account. There is no one size fits all approach to mental health treatment, and we will work together to carefully understand your unique struggles. We will then customize a plan to get you feeling centered and empowered. While I offer both medication and therapy services, I also enjoy collaborating with other providers and seeing clients solely for medication management.
My practice centers around the trauma-related issues of addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and gender / sexual identity. I use an eclectic mix of holistic, psychodynamic, and pharmacological techniques tailor-fit to each patient. I also serve the NYC community by providing therapy in corporate settings and psychiatry at a foster agency.
Each of us is a unique blend of emotions, thoughts, and lived experiences. My job as a provider is to make contact with your uniqueness and to relieve pain and suffering.
