Dr. Eric Finkiel, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Eric completed his undergraduate education in nursing at New Jersey City University. He received a master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University, and a post graduate certificate as a PMHNP from the University of Cincinnati. Eric went on to receive his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from University of Massachusetts, Boston. Eric has been working as a nurse practitioner for over seven years and has extensive experience treating a variety of medical diagnosis.

I am a nurse with over 12 years' experience in acute care mental health psychiatrist hospital, long-term memory care facility and post-acute care facility caring for clients dealing with depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. As a psychiatrist mental health nurse practitioner, my goal is to restore individual mental health well-being through holistic care. I treat each individual with compassion and respect.
