She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Instituto Tecnologico and completed her residency and subsequently her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, where she was appointed Chief in both programs. She has been working as an attending psychiatrist at Robert Wood Johnson- Barnabas Health covering adult program and the child and adolescent outpatient clinic. My treatment philosophy involves operating from a biopsychosocial framework to implement the most comprehensive treatment plan for each patient. I believe psychopharmacological interventions are an important part of a treatment plan, but are most efficacious in conjunction with other non-pharmacological interventions such as psychodynamic or cognitive behavioral psychotherapy as well as integrative medicine. My services include consultation, medication management and TMS. I work very closely with a number of therapists who I refer to if therapy is essential to your treatment.

Hello, I’m Dr. Jordan Metsky, a double Board Certified child and adult psychiatrist. I am currently welcoming new patients into my practice including children, teens, and adults and can get you or your child scheduled from our initial phone call. My areas of expertise include treating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and tics. I evaluate and treat autism and ADHD in children and adults and I can work with your child's school to help get them the accommodations they need to succeed. I've completed my residency training in Adult Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. I went on to do a 2nd fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. I'm a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
