Welcome to my practice. I am a dual board-certified Adult and Child- Adolescent Psychiatrist. I completed my General Psychiatry residency and Fellowship in Child- Adolescent Psychiatry from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, where I was appointed as chief fellow. I have been working as an attending psychiatrist with Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, in the school-based programs, where I provide full range of psychiatric services to youths (5-21) in out of district therapeutic schools. I also work with Robert Wood Johnson- Barnabas Health, covering psychiatric emergency room and consultation services.
I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy treatment tailored to all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in treating children and adults coping with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, ODD, ODD, school related and behavioral/emotional difficulties. I also provide outpatient Suboxone/Buprenorphine treatment.
I partner with patients, parents of children to achieve their treatment goals and collaborate with schools to help enhance child’s academic performance. I use my training as a foundation to integrate other specific treatments in an eclectic approach and tailor treatment to each client's specific needs.
