I was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa but I earned my nursing degree in Charlotte, NC. I am currently a dual certified Family Nurse and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina. I have over 16+ years of both acute care and public nursing experience. As aforementioned I was raised in Ghana, where many things are reserved for the wealthy, this includes education, mental health, and healthcare. In many cases, a preventable illness becomes an epidemic due to lack of better understanding of one's medical diagnosis and treatment course.

Linda is a board-certified nurse practitioner in both psychiatry and family medicine. She completed her training at Samford University and has undergraduate degrees in both Psychology and Nursing. She is trained to work with all ages, including children. Linda uses her education and experience to provide trauma-informed, inclusive, personalized care for every patient. She uses a holistic and integrative approach to take the whole patient into consideration. Her training helps her to understand both physical and mental health, and how to address the mind-body connection in her care.

Victoria believes that mental health is the utmost priority in a patient’s overall wellbeing. She recognizes that therapeutic plans require patience and, at times, trial-and-error until the best treatment for the patient is achieved. Victoria is prepared to work and guide patients through the process of attaining the therapeutic regimen they find the best fit for themselves.

Dr. Anita Jothy has had an interest in the brain and behavior since studying psychology in college. Dr. Jothy is most passionate about teamwork. She strives for her and her patients to explore a treatment plan and set goals together.

Shannon Blankenbeckler is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Shannon collaborates with her patients to improve their functioning and quality of life. With active listening, kindness, and compassion, she works with her patients to identify the issues holding them back. She helps them focus on their unique strengths, address their struggles, and set meaningful, achievable goals so they can thrive and find peace. Shannon knows that patients seek help when they’re brave enough to identify that something in their life needs to change.

She has a Master's of Science specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Regis College. As a compassionate listener, Joanna strives to care for each client as an individual and will personalize their care to obtain their goals utilizing a humanistic and holistic approach. In her spare time, Joanna enjoys running, watching movies, watching football, reading, listening to music, playing with her dogs, and travelling, especially to the beach.

Hailey partners with patients to help them express their unique strengths and become the best version of themselves. She also guides them in understanding and working through mental health difficulties. Hailey works with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and trauma. She also helps with adjustment, panic, and stress-related disorders.
