I draw from a few traditional therapeutic techniques, in combination with medication management, to create a treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

I am a psychiatrist with a wide array of interests and skills, including psychedelic medicines such as Ketamine for the use of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I have completed level one training in Internal Family Systems, or IFS. IFS can be done effectively virtually or in person, with or without psychedelic medicine, and eventually, on one's own without the help of a therapist. It is a transformational, deep healing of the wounded/burdened parts of our inner children that affect how we live and relate to the world as adults, often resulting in self-sabotage.

Welcome to Wilson Integrated Psychiatry LLC. I believe that wellness is an integration of multiple aspects of health and that psychiatry is a key component to overall health. I know most of you come from a place where the mind and body have been separated out, as fields of treatment. We aim to reintegrate these things and provide you with a treatment plan that sees you as a whole person. I am uniquely qualified to do this, with specialties both in psychiatry and acute care. I still practice part time in hospital medicine, while devoting my full-time hours to psychiatry.

My goal is to provide patient driven care that focuses on your primary concerns. I utilize psychiatric medication and education in order to care for you in a holistic manner. I focus on building a therapeutic relationship through active listening and understanding. I see myself as someone who is here to help you accomplish your goals.

I am accepting a limited number of new patients at this time. I do psychiatric evaluations for the purpose of medication management. Conditions I treat include, but are not limited to, ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar II disorder, OCD, and PTSD. I am very invested in what I do, and try to work collaboratively with my patients to come up with the best individualized treatment for every patient I see.

I am rooted in integrative mental health, seeing a client as a whole person where family history, medical history, genetics, lifestyle choices and social connection intersect. I partner with clients to chart an individualized plan for wellness and psychiatric care. My treatment tool belt includes traditional western medicine and medications, pioneering interventions such as intranasal ketamine, as well as non-pharmaceutical interventions like meditation, mindfulness, and acudetox. I have high standards for dignified, ethical, and principled mental health care.

Michelle Herron grew up in Helena, Montana. She has been specializing in psychiatric care for 13 years. Michelle graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Montana State University in 2022; she is passionate about providing inclusive psychiatric services to Montanans. Michelle believes that the provider and client work together to find an individualized treatment that promotes health, healing, and hope.

Emily has lived between Wyoming and Alaska the last 20 years. She has settled permanently in WY, raising her family there and enjoying all the outdoor adventures it has to offer. She graduated from University of Wyoming for her BSN and Frontier Nursing University with a MSN, now practicing as a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. ​

Angela is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner serving individuals in the state of Montana. Prior to graduating Montana State University with a doctoral degree in psychiatric/mental health nursing practice, Angela worked as an acute care psychiatric nurse within Montana's largest health care system. Through this experience, Angela developed an interest in caring for individuals with comorbid psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
