Angela is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner serving individuals in the state of Montana. Prior to graduating Montana State University with a doctoral degree in psychiatric/mental health nursing practice, Angela worked as an acute care psychiatric nurse within Montana's largest health care system. Through this experience, Angela developed an interest in caring for individuals with comorbid psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
As a board certified PMHNP, Angela is qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication. Treatment is focused on holistic and evidence-based care for an adult population. Practice specialties include adult perimenopause, menopause, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and alcohol use disorder.
Each client will be provided a unique plan of care based on a holistic treatment regimen and mutual goal-setting. Angela is open to discussing alternatives to medication, including therapy, vitamins, minerals, and supplements as both stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with medication.
