We are mainly a telepsychiatry practice that provides outpatient holistic services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the needs of our clients. We also provide referrals for crisis intervention or acute level of care services when necessary. Our holistic approach to care is individualized and culturally appropriate. Patty Jo has treated acute conditions such as skin or respiratory infections, chronic conditions such as pre-diabetes and diabetes. Hypertension, pain, anxiety, and depression are also specialty fields. She is also trained in the FEMM approach for treating women’s health issues such as PMS, menstrual irregularities, infertility, and PCOS.

Monsurat Oluwa-Okougbo is the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at G & W PMH Services, A mental health, and wellness clinic that primarily provides personalized and holistic care to patients of all ages. She has held and led in various positions in multiple organizations as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, her core belief and principle towards dispensing care to her patients over the years has always been to provide utmost care through a holistic approach. Monsurat believes that considering and respecting the patients’ culture, thoughts and beliefs is a huge part of delivering the utmost care.

Sara has extensive experience in crisis intervention working with a diverse population as she originally received a BA in Sociology – Law, Crime, and Deviance with a focus on Psychology working at a large metropolitan adult detention center and then at a large metropolitan 911 center. Sara continued her education and received a BS in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica.
