Dr. Raed Yousif is a Psychiatrist in Michigan who has been practicing since 2006. He is a Medical Doctor with an American board certification in psychiatry, an American board certification in addiction psychiatry, and a Master's degree in basic medical science from Wayne State University. Dr. Yousif interviews the client, makes a diagnosis, and decides on the best way to treat the client. Outside of work, Dr. Yousif enjoys reading, listening to music, soccer, and table tennis.

Karrin Boylston is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Michigan who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Master's degree in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University, and a Bachelor's of science in Nursing from Western Governs University. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I believe in caring for the whole person. I do this through an Internal Family Systems therapy lens, assessing, diagnosing, and caring for mental health concerns. Sometimes this means prescribing medication, and other times it means working together in psychotherapy to find the roots of pain.

Andrew Spitzer is an empathetic and compassionate board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. For over 10 years, Andrew has been caring for individuals who struggle with a wide variety of mental health concerns in different settings. Andrew’s practice and philosophy are guided by three tenets: people are not always the cause of their problems, people want to change and feel better, and people are capable of change.

We have immediate openings anywhere in Michigan for child, adolescent or adult psychiatric and counseling services at times that work for you. Dr Lemmen and I will provide comprehensive assessments to help you make informed decisions regarding your best treatment options. For many problems medication can be an extremely helpful tool. We will work with you to find the right medication(s) to help you to feel and function at your best. Counseling or other services may also be needed and we will find the right specialist on our team for you. Our time is limited and we can't see patients in counseling with other providers.

Tonya graduated with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus in Psychiatry from the University of Michigan. She also holds a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Spring Arbor University. Tonya is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in the psychiatric treatment of adolescents and adults. She provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management and therapy for a variety of mental health conditions. Her goal is to provide a non-judgemental, therapeutic atmosphere where patients feel comfortable speaking openly about and exploring their struggles.

Dr. Neil S. Talon, MD Dr. Neil S. Talon is a Psychiatrist in Michigan who has been practicing since 1981. He earned his BA at the University of Michigan, went to Columbia University Medical School, and completed his Psychiatric Residency at Cornell. Dr. Talon is experienced in general adult psychiatry and has practiced in office- and hospital-based settings. He has many years of experience treating people with bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, adult ADHD, and other psychiatric disorders of adults to geriatrics.

I am board certified as both a psychiatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner. My focus is to improve the mental health status of the individual, family and community through emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention, by focusing on self-responsibility, education and treatment. I am a graduate of Michigan State University, Rush University in Chicago and Oakland University in Rochester, MI. I am an experienced nurse practitioner having a passion for working with children, adolescents and young adults. I have been a family nurse practitioner for 22 years and psychiatric provider for 14 years.

Philicia Richmond, MSN, FNP, PMHNP, is a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of practice experience at Henry Ford in Jackson, Michigan who specializes in adult psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. She has honed her skills in providing comprehensive psychiatric care and is dedicated to addressing a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, ADHD, dementia, schizophrenia, and social anxiety, among others.

Hello, and thank you for considering me as a provider! I worked as a primary care provider for nearly a decade before obtaining my psychiatric training at Johns Hopkins University. While living in Nashville, TN, I had the privilege of serving a diverse patient population, mainly providing care to the Latino community as a fluent Spanish speaker. My growing family returned to Michigan in 2021 so our children could be raised around their Anishinaabe culture.
