Dr. Munir graduated with academic distinction, receiving his medical degree from Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan in 2013. He completed his psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2022 at which point he joined BNBA. Dr. Munir's goal as an early career psychiatrist is to accommodate the wide spectrum of needs of his patients. He is a staunch proponent of patient advocacy, and emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance. He is attuned to the vast array of different cultural, religious and political backgrounds of our diverse communities.

Paul Coleman is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Coleman Mental Health Associates, PLLC, specializing in the mental health care of the patient. Matthew Griffin is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who has worked in Psychiatry in multiple different capacities. He started his medical career as a Nursing Assistant in Geriatric Psychiatry while in his undergrad. Soon after graduating from Bridgewater State University in 2016, with a Bachelors in Health, he went on to a Physician Assistant graduate program. He graduated with his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from New York Institute of Technology in 2020 and soon after began his Psychiatric Physician Assistant career.

I prescribe medication for mental health problems such as anxiety depression and bipolar disorder. I also help patients with substance use disorder with vivitrol. I do not prescribe suboxone or methadone. I believe if you treat the underlying problem recovery will be permanent. Julie received her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio State University and is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has worked in psychiatric nursing since 2016 in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Julie treats a variety of psychiatric conditions using an individualized approach and creates a treatment plan that is tailored to each patient's individual needs, desired outcome, and personal considerations.

I am passionate about mental health care as well as holistic healing. In addition to medication management, I encourage lifestyle, environmental, and social changes personalized to meet the needs of each individual that I work with. My goal is to work together to help you reach your greatest potential.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Jessica Frawley is a Physician Assistant who is dedicated to improving the mental health of her patients. Receiving her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, she utilizes her skillset to approach mental health from both a psychological and psychiatric point of view. Jessica’s clinical areas of focus include the treatment of mood disorders, ADHD, and Anxiety. She is a strong advocate of using a multifaceted model in helping her patient’s journey in their mental health and overall wellness.
