I prescribe medication for mental health problems such as anxiety depression and bipolar disorder. I also help patients with substance use disorder with vivitrol. I do not prescribe suboxone or methadone. I believe if you treat the underlying problem recovery will be permanent. Failure to treat the underlying anxiety, depression etc., leads to constant relapse. My goal is to provide nonjudgemental treatment to patients who want to feel better. I am a family nurse practitioner who has worked with patients who have mental health and or addiction problems for the past 15 years.
