Ms. Damien has over 13 years experience as a registered nurse with over 9 years of diverse clinical experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her degree at Regis College where she was inducted into the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau. Ms. Damien is dually certified as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice and active member of International Nursing Society on Addictions (IntNSA) and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA).

Bex Kaye is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2023. She studied at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, Columbia University, and Wellesley College. Khadija specializes in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals across the lifespan who suffer from a host of mental health issues including depression, anxiety and panic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar and mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

He has primarily worked on inpatient psychiatric units—with both adults and children. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State College and recently his Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Regis College.

I am interested in helping individuals across the lifespan explore suitable, person-centered treatment options for anxiety, depression and PTSD find the right combination of medication management and psychotherapy. I offer medication management, supportive therapy DBT and behavioral skills education. I am certified to offer affirmative care for neurodivergent and LGBTAI+ populations!

She has several years of experience as Psychiatric Crisis Clinician and has been providing services as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since June 2018.
