I worked in various healthcare including inpatient and outpatient settings providing both psychiatric and medical care. Dr. Amber Frank is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency training at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School Adult Psychiatry Training Program. Dr. Frank believes in a holistic approach to patient care. She strives to understand and treat every patient using a framework that includes not just the biological (medical), but also the psychological, social, environmental, and cultural elements that may contribute to an individual person’s experience of mental health and wellness.

Dr. Munir graduated with academic distinction, receiving his medical degree from Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan in 2013. He completed his psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2022 at which point he joined BNBA. Dr. Munir's goal as an early career psychiatrist is to accommodate the wide spectrum of needs of his patients. He is a staunch proponent of patient advocacy, and emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic alliance. He is attuned to the vast array of different cultural, religious and political backgrounds of our diverse communities.

I have a private practice consisting of clients seeking psychiatric medication and a small number of adult clients seeking counseling only. I see both children and adults for psychiatric medication. Prior to becoming a specialized NP, she was a registered nurse for twelve years in psychiatry, medical-surgical, nephrology, and post-anesthesia care. Native to Alabama, she was raised with three brothers in a close community of friends while participating in theatre, piano, creative writing, and tennis.

I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) since 2017. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2016 from Northeastern University in Boston. As a Registered Nurse, the majority of my past nursing experience is with women and children. In the realm of school nursing I have served children with special needs, first at the Cotting School in Lexington, then shared between Arlington School and Pathways Academy, both of McLean Hospital, becoming full time at Arlington School of McLean.

Dr. Tetyana Tarnavsky is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in Adult Psychiatry. She attended Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy in Ukraine where she received her M.D., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Psychiatry. Dr. Tarnavsky has completed her residency at Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Residency Training Program in MA where she was elected Chief Resident.

Alice Husted is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has 10 years of experience treating adults and adolescents (13 and older) with an array of mental health issues. Alice has specialized experience working with patients who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which has provided her expertise in treating disorders that are often a result of trauma, such as addictions, mood disorders, and eating disorders.

Dr. Lisa Hagberg is a board-certified psychiatrist with 20 years of experience treating patients with a wide range of diagnoses, in particular, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. Dr. Hagberg brings a holistic approach to her practice exploring mental health in a multidimensional way, addressing the causes, not just the symptoms of one's condition. She incorporates supportive and insight-oriented psychotherapy to patient care, although at times she may recommend patients add an individual therapist to the treatment team.

Ms. Damien is dually certified as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice and active member of International Nursing Society on Addictions (IntNSA) and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA).
