It is so true that without mental health, life is much harder. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
I provide care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, sleep, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Seasonal Affective Disorder, and other mood and psychotic disorders.
