I treat clients ages 5 and up with a wide range of psychiatric and mental health issues. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and offer Behavioral/Mental Health services and medication management through Telehealth across all of Kentucky.

The majority of my professional career has been spent caring for individuals in Central and Eastern Kentucky, thus, providing me with a greater appreciation of the unique circumstances facing my patients. Belmont Behavioral Health is a mental health care service provider located in the downtown Clarksville, Tennessee area. We help individuals experiencing various mental health challenges through medication management and counseling. Treating you holistically means I will monitor lab work, blood pressure, heart rate, weight, sleep, diet and exercise habits, collaboration with your other providers, and lifestyle counseling. We will touch on each of these subjects during your visits. My mission is to develop a therapeutic relationship, listen to your concerns, and together customize a treatment plan with medication management and lifestyle counseling. I have been working as a psychiatric- mental health nurse practitioner since 2017 after graduating from Eastern Kentucky University. Prior to this, I obtained my BSN from the University of Kentucky in 2012. I have experience working in the outpatient and inpatient psychiatric setting. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I graduated with my Associate's degree in 2010. Prior to obtaining my nurse practitioner license in 2020 I spent most of my nursing career working in the mental health field. I have worked in acute crisis settings, outpatient settings, inpatient settings and with populations that include: severely mentally ill, forensics, dual diagnostic, substance abuse, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. This experience has been invaluable to me in my role as a provider, enabling me to interact comfortably with individuals of all ages and needs. Through compassionate, genuine care I build trusting relationships with my clients.

Tracey is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the states of Ohio and Kentucky. She earned her associate degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ohio University, and her master’s degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She has worked in healthcare for over 15 years with clinical experience in residential, inpatient acute care, and outpatient settings. Her scope of practice includes all ages across the life span.
