I accept -preteen, teens, parents, singles, people in relationships, and seniors. I'm not in favor of adding on medications to medications without benefit. I believe a holistic approach with emphasis on self-wellness, sleep hygiene, exercise, healthy diet, supplements, but sometimes medication(s) are necessary.
