Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate, and evidenced-based mental health treatment by promoting forward personal growth and psychological health. We seek to empower our clients to confront individual barriers throughout different phases of life with the goal of reducing and/or eliminating symptoms. We collaborate with our clients to tailor interventions specific to their individual needs.

Andy is experienced in providing medication management along with supportive therapy for various psychiatric conditions including, but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, neurocognitive disorders, sleep disorder, and addiction.

Just Mental Health, Incorporated, is a community-based outpatient mental health clinic owned and operated by Dr. Danielle Perkins Manning, a Black woman and native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a board-certified family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in nursing practice, education, and research.

I am co-owner of Clear Perspectives and an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who treats patients across the life-span. Additionally, I am certified in the treatment of Perinatal Mood Disorders through Postpartum Support International. I believe in a whole patient approach to mental health care including ongoing collaboration with providers, families and utilizing the latest research.

Hello, I am Zacia. I am here to help you with your mental health needs. I am here to listen to your concerns and come up with a treatment plan that best suits you. I am a goal-oriented provider. I like to help my patients set realistic and achievable goals and help them overcome obstacles. I strive to be a provider that is approachable, and someone my patients will find comfort in confiding in. I have flexible hours and evening/weekend appointments if needed. I look forward to meeting you and helping you though whatever it is that may be preventing you from obtaining that level of serenity that you desire.

Kimberly Grider is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2022. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Kimberly has experience providing mental health care for children, teenagers, adults, and older adults. It is her goal to create a safe space for clients to feel seen, understood, and empowered to be their best selves. Kimberly partners with clients to provide evidence-based guidance to help them meet their mental health goals and achieve overall well-being.
