Rachael Daniel is a dedicated healthcare professional, with a passion for mental health. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact that mental health disorders can have on individuals and their families, and I am committed to making a difference and improving the lives of my patients. My journey began as a registered nurse in a psychiatric hospital, where I had the privilege of working closely with patients struggling with various mental health conditions. This experience provided me with invaluable insight into the complexities of mental illness and the importance of comprehensive, holistic care.

I’m an integrative/holistic psychiatrist and family physician with functional medicine as well as psychedelic-assisted therapy training. I’ve been in practice for 20 years (post-residency, as a tenure-track academic research scientist and educator at the University of Iowa College of Medicine, then in private practice in St Thomas, USVI, and Iowa City. I’m excited to now be able to offer a variety of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy options to more people suffering from a variety of conditions including anxiety, treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, OCD, and eating disorders.

I love working with patients who are ready for a change to become a better version of themselves. These days, there are so many treatment options available that there is no reason a person can't get completely or nearly completely better.

To quote Lady Gaga, just because you were “born this way” or perhaps, experienced a trauma along the way, you do not need to hide yourself. Mental health impacts each and every person at some point in our lives. As someone who has personally experienced episodes of mental distress, I realize it can be debilitating and interfere with reaching our life goals and dreams if left untreated. Fortunately, mental illness can be effectively managed with a variety of interventions. I am passionate about helping those in my care overcome feelings of mental distress, maximize their quality of life, and attain their goals and dreams.

Jenna has extensive practice experience in psychiatry and reproductive health has helped Jenna gain knowledge and expertise in how hormones and life-changes, such as pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, play a role in one's mental health. She has post-graduate training in perinatal mental health including the 12-hour post-graduate PPD training and the Master Clinician Summit at the Postpartum Stress Center. She helped to found, and is a former board member of, the Iowa chapter of Postpartum Support International.

Hey there! I’m Kelsey Lamb, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. I’ve been in the mental health profession since 2011 and practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2017. For the past five years, I’ve worked for an organization that’s helped me grow and gain confidence in ways I never imagined when I first started. Now, I’m thrilled to embark on a new journey with Prism Psychiatric Group, where I’ll bring along all the skills and experiences I’ve gathered along the way. Abbie Kelley, ARNP, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Psychiatric Associates at the Cedar Rapids location. She works with individuals ages four and up. She especially enjoys helping those who experience Anxiety Disorders (Generalized Anxiety, OCD, PTSD), Depression and other Mood Disorders, ADHD, Behavioral Disorders, Trauma, Psychotic Disorders, and Bipolar Disorders. In addition, she has a decade of experience managing an inpatient psychiatric unit.

Lindsay Schock, ARNP, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Covenant Family Solutions at the Cedar Rapids location. She works with individuals ages 12 and up. She especially enjoys helping those who experience Anxiety Disorders (OCD, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder), Depression and other Mood Disorders, ADHD, Behavioral Disorders, Trauma, Psychotic Disorders, and Bipolar Disorders. She just relocated from Louisville, Kentucky, and has experience triaging clients in emergency psychiatric services.

Neelam is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner board certified in children, adolescent, and adult populations. Her goal is to partner with her patients for the best mental wellness outcome. Neelam has a wide range of experience including acute and crisis inpatient care. Her credentials include a BSN and MSN in Nursing at Allen College and a BSN in Psychology at Iowa State University.

I am a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. I graduated with my Master's of Science in Nursing in 2021 and have worked as a provider in the Cedar Valley in a variety of settings including corrections, community behavioral health, and caring for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to obtaining my graduate degree, I worked as a psychiatric nurse for 8 years in correctional, inpatient mental health, outpatient, substance use/detox, and community-based treatment settings. I value my diverse work experience and believes that it assists me to meet individuals where they are at in life.

Hi there! I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience working in healthcare. I started my career in healthcare as a CNA at the age of 16, worked my way through nursing school, have experience working on an inpatient behavioral health unit for 6 years as a nurse, and have now been practicing as a psychiatric NP for the past 4 years.

Mariah has always had a passion for mental health and knew from a young age she wanted to work in this field and help people. She has worked in mental health for over ten years and has experience working in two different inpatient settings. She attended the University of Northern Iowa and graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology. Mariah attended Allen College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and worked in an inpatient psychiatric unit. Mariah continued her education at Allen College where she received her Master of Science in nursing and is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

I am a 2014 graduate of the University of Iowa. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years in various capacities. I have practiced as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I currently accept clients 12 years of age and above. I manage a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and schizophrenia. I firmly believe in a holistic approach for my clients to achieve optimal mental health.

Kathleen is here to hold space during times of crisis. She wants to help you build a treatment plan with your goals in mind. Areas of interest include depression, generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder, and post-partum depression.

Noel Adams is a board certified medication provider specializing in Anxiety Disorders (OCD, PTSD, panic disorder) ADHD, Depression and other Mood Disorders, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and Behavioral Disorders. Noel provides care to patients across a lifespan (ages 6+) with over a decade of experience in healthcare helping individuals navigate their mental health in both hospital and clinic settings.

I began my career in 2006 as a social worker in Dubuque. For several years I worked side-by-side with adults and children diagnosed with significant mental health disorders. I then decided to pursue a nursing degree, which led to earning a Master's in Nursing in 2021. Throughout my nursing education, I continued to work in the mental health field in various capacities, realizing this was the specialty that spoke to my heart. Because of my extensive background in the mental health field, I'm able to understand, empathize and relate to my clients; as well as see all of their potential in achieving their goals.
