Hello there! I am Kelsey Lamb, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Prism Psychiatric Group.
I started my nursing career in behavioral health in 2011. I have been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2017.
Prism Psychiatric Group is an outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to clients aged five and older. Our practice emphasizes an easy-going, collaborative, and client-centered approach. My primary focus is on creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward their mental health goals.
I provide medication management services for a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and circumstances. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a flexible and empathetic style.
I am married with 2 kids and 3 goldendoodles. We are huge fans of all things University of Iowa. When we’re not at Carver or Kinnick, we are hosting get togethers, traveling (preferably by cruise ship), or attending community events. I recently started training for a half marathon (March 2025) and a Death by 5K (May 2025). Please reach out if interested.
